An austere piece of simple functionalism by Hundevad & Co. of Denmark, this wall unit features a bookcase over a drop-front secretary desk, the lid of which rests on the stepped-out edge of the eight-drawer chest.  It is built in two parts, allowing for easy transport.  Vivid rosewood veneers dress the entire facade, these having mellowed from sun and use.  We acquired it from a local estate along with several other pieces of the same office suite: two glass bookcases over cabinets and a credenza; these may still be available in our shop inventory.

Measurements:  42 1/2” W x 16 3/4” D x 76 3/4” H

Condition Report:
Light chipping along bottom edges of the upper section; color variation and sunfading throughout.  Minor dings, abrasions and light use indicators.
