LUDWIG MIES VAN DER ROHE MR10 BLACK LEATHER AND CHROMED STEEL DINING CHAIR
Unmarked, circa 1960s | damaged leather
Item # 209XDH29P-2
A single example of the iconic MR10 dining chair designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1927, it was manufactured during the 1960s and retains the original black saddle leather seat - note this is badly damaged and needs to be changed. Executed in tubular chromed steel, it is a supportive and comfortable chair while also visually being incredible sleek and fun.
Note: We acquired this from an estate along with 6 others that are being sold together as a set and 1 single chair being sold by itself if you have need for a larger set of matched MR10 chairs.
Measurements: 30 7/8" H x 26 3/4" D x 19" W x 17 5/8" H to seat
Condition Report:
Leather badly torn on both the seat and the chair back - needs to be replaced. Light tarnish to the chrome, some trace pitting and very minor chrome loss.
